To proceed with the reservation of your stay, I will draw up a rental contract for you and for this I will need your postal details and mobile phone number after which I will send it to you by email. <\/span><\/p>\n

A deposit of 30% is required upon signing your rental contract. The balance must be paid on the day of your arrival after visiting the premises together, as well as a deposit of \u20ac1000 (not cashed) and returned on the day of your departure if everything is in order.<\/span><\/p>\n


Payment accepted<\/strong>: check, Holiday check, transfer, cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of your withdrawal *more than two months before the date of your stay, we will refund the deposit, *one month before the date of your stay we will keep the deposit (unless you have informed us sufficiently in advance and that we have been able to re-rent the villa in this case we will return the deposit to you) *less than one month before the date of your stay, you are obliged to pay us the difference between the deposit and the amount of the rent ( unless, of course, we were able to re-rent the villa).<\/span><\/p>\n

You must be insured against rental risks (liability, fire, water damage) or request a vacation extension from your insurance company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our villas are available for tourist rental all year round:<\/strong>
The lower villa from Saturday to Saturday.
The upper villa from Sunday to Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The swimming pools are open from April 1 to October 31.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hot tubs are open all year round.<\/span><\/p>\n
