Comfortable villa located in a quiet, private location not overlooked, abundant vegetation, approximately 5 to 10 minutes from the beaches of Palombaggia and 5 to 10 minutes from the town center of Porto Vecchio.
The particularity of this Villa, made entirely of exotic wood, is its two exterior bedrooms on the wooden terrace on each side of the swimming pool, very original due to its design.

Around 250 m² of living space: a large living room with large bay windows allowing almost complete opening of the length, a fully equipped kitchen area with a central island, a fridge/freezer, extra fridge for bottles, a wide choice of kitchen utensils and crockery, a large dining table, a lounge area with two sofas, a large screen TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
The four bedrooms have double glazing opening to the outside, four bathrooms with Italian shower, sink and four separate toilets. Two hair dryers.
8 beds in total: 2 double beds 160/200 and 4 single beds 90/190. Single beds can also be transformed into a double bed according to your request. All linens, beach towels, pool/jacuzzi towels, bathrobes are provided.
Indoors: several board games for young and old. Cooler bag for picnics, beach umbrellas and sand games.
For lovers of good coffee, a Nespresso machine with capsules.
Baby equipment: travel cot, mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheets, changing mat, high chair, bath, shower seat, potty, stroller, car booster, car seat, play mat, baby hammock, baby deck chair, baby phone.
Outside: a large round table, deckchairs, parasols, a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha.
Also a play area for children with a small swing/slide and for older children a trampoline, table football, ping-pong table and a basketball hoop.
Fully insulated and air-conditioned villa.
Private swimming pool of approximately 10X4 m, heated to 28°C, open from 01.04 to 31.10 and secured by a bar cover.
Outdoor Jacuzzi at 37,5°C and open all year round.
Villa secured by an alarm system with badge.
Entrance through a motorized gate with remote control with badge. Enclosed complex, private parking for 2 to 3 cars.
Free WiFi internet connection.
